Used Gear Returns:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of the fulfilled ship date
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was sold
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately
- We will coordinate a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you
- Refunds for defective or damaged products may exclude shipping charges
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items cannot be returned: All sales are final for closeout items. Software, Discontinued / Closeout items, Special Orders may be returned for Exchange Only (Store Credit)
Return Authorization:
- to initiate a return, you must contact us in advance for a Return Authorization (RA) number

- Products returned without a valid RA number will be refused
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account
